That’s a nice back yard

For around here, I’d even call it “opulent”. Very few of us have such large/usable/functional/accessible back yards.

Thank you! It’s over 8,200 square feet and impossible to maintain

I spent 7 hours working in the yard yesterday and I’m still not done getting things cleaned up. But this dude is happy

The yard in a vacuum? Perhaps so. But “opulent” would be the antonym of the property overall.

My house came with some pots with dead shrubs in them. I haven’t touched them since moving in because it has been cold and wet (and my in laws claimed they might come back even though I was sure they were toast). Definitely toast.
Now I have some cute little baby cypress shrubs in those pots.
So much more to do... I’m hoping to set up drip watering heads for all the shrubs in a couple of my sprinkler zones. It should save water and help with weeds, which would be great.

You’re just being modest. We’ve seen the pictures and know about that luxury car you drive...

Morning bells, or Hells Bells?
Or morning Belles?
